We had an oil modify performed last fall in Cape Coral Fl and after experiencing some issues another shop found that a bank check valve was non put back in with the filter which created low oil pressure and has now ruined the engine. Valvoline has denied responsibleness even after an employee admitted that the service tech had been let go because of other mistakes. Now I am forced to accept legal activeness.

I came just now from Valvoline & Summerlin & Charleston branch within the Canyon Pointe compound for a quick Oil change. And am ever impress and happy with this very particular Branch. Even though that they rotate their people and so you will come across unlike crews every time to come dorsum for their services. The people here are awesomely cracking. Today (03.28.2022), Cody is the exceptional person that told me, I don't have to have oil alter notwithstanding for I nonetheless have almost 3k of mileage before my next service from them. Crawly people! Saves me coin especially in this dire time. May your goodness guys return dorsum to you a g folds. Thanks a lot Cody!

I selected Valvoline Instant Oil Change for the convenient location (Veterans Highway, Millersville Maryland) and decent service in years past at other locations. I noticed that the technician at the Millersville location was using the synthetic alloy pump when I had paid for the full constructed product. When I asked him if that was full synthetic, he replied, "is that what you wanted?" I said yes and pointed him to the estimator screen. He stared at the screen for three seconds and yelled down to the pit "drain that oil". The technician never uttered one word to me about what had merely happened. The manager in the function was also aware, only did not brand an endeavor to talk to me. I expressed the in my online survey and a representative was shocked that the had happened and apologized profusely. She said it would be elevated upward the management chain for further action or evaluation. That was 3 weeks agone, and I never heard anything from Valvoline.

They changed the oil. While doing so they had to remove the splash guard to go to the oil filter. While reconnecting it they stripped half dozen of the ten fasteners and within a week the back role of the splash guard was hanging to the ground afterwards the stripped fasteners fell out. It toll i hour shop labor for a mechanic to extract the broken fasteners and supervene upon them. They also used the wrong class of oil for my car, also high of a viscosity. Didn't crusade whatsoever harm but made the engine run a few degrees hotter than it would have had they used the correct grade, and I had to have it changed again in less than 200 miles. Total waste product of money.

I came in to the Fairfield location for an oil change, and wow, what an absolute nightmare of an experience I had. The managing director Benjamin was incredibly rude and condescending the entire time I was talking to him. The staff there is untrained and completely incompetent. Before working on my car, the "certified technician" said out loud, "I've never worked on a Subaru earlier," earlier completely botching a uncomplicated oil alter and emptying my oil. I drove out of there having no thought that they didn't even add new oil. My machine and so began to stall and sputter. I had to get an emergency diagnostic at Dan Perkins, as I was too far abroad to go back to Valvoline. I legitimately thought my car was going to break downward. Welp, it turns out that when valvoline changed my oil, they hadn't refilled it at all.

I nerveless show that valvoline was responsible for my car problems. I brought them the prove, requested a refund, and was greeted by their manager Benjamin not only denying my refund, but being incredibly rude and disrespectful the unabridged time to both me and my husband, fifty-fifty laughing hysterically at u.s.a. after finding out that we were married. I was not simply completely robbed, losing over 260 dollars over a simple oil modify, but I was humiliated and seriously dehumanized on top of everything. I reported Benjamin to customer service and they didn't care. They just told me that he wasn't normally like this, and that no disciplinary action was going to happen. I've never had such a horrible experience at any institution in my entire life. Not only did this group of thugs rob me, simply they also humiliated and laughed at me afterwards. One star doesn't even begin to depict this company.

This is the site in Willamette/Westward Linn OR. They left the oil cap off and oil was all over my engine, there was barely any oil left by the time I got to a dealership. Rude employees! I don't recommend!

Valvoline overcharged me and won't even reach out. I went to Valvoline for total synthetic oil change. I paid $49.50 for a Groupon that was labeled full synthetic oil change. I gave them my coupon and they had the nerve to tell me that $49.50 simply covers the oil. Their oil cost 9.99 anyway, does that make any sense at all. I ended up paying over $130 because they already started on my motorcar. I would take went to Midas or take 5 earlier I ever go dorsum hither. They ripped me off and charged me double. What was the betoken of the coupon.

I spoke with Valvoline later who confirmed through chat they most likely charged me wrong and a managing director would contact me in 48hrs. I screenshot everything, accept I heard back - no. I would never come up to the Tara blvd location over again and volition go on to mutter considering my event was never resolved after basically beingness told I was overcharged. What is the purpose of Groupon or offering deals you will not award? What a joke of a company. Would never go here once again and only went for a deal. I don't even employ Valvoline oil in my automobile!!!!

I love how quick the service is. Fifty-fifty waiting in line isn't painful. And they exercise all the extra things I hate doing or would fail: air in tires, wiper fluid, change wipers if needed (they sell wipers), check all lights, cheque filters, etc, all while sitting in my own car! 4 out of 5 considering it I find it very expensive for a simple oil modify. I keep going because that's how much I hate doing these things. If you don't heed the cost, it's fast and easy. Highly recommend.

My wife took her vehicle in to become an oil change at the Whitman Ln location (8/two/21) and the service tech there botched the oil change. My wife's car lost half dozen quarts of oil within a couple days and the engine was making a ticking audio and the check engine lite was ON. When she told me about it I went out at that place to bank check and found the gasket on the oil filter was broken causing the oil to leak like a massive hemorrhage. Luckily, I had a gasket and oil available to fix it.

A few days later (8/5/21) my wife took the vehicle back to the Whitman location and told them what had happened. They redid her oil change and the check engine light turned OFF. All my wife wanted was a refund merely the service manager was an idiot and didn't know how to do it. He said she would have to return the post-obit twenty-four hour period at 7am to look for the Area Manager. When my wife got dorsum dwelling house she called customer service at Valvoline to offset a claim of damages. Customer service said they would non start a claim until the area manager talked to us. Hours afterward the cheque engine light came back ON.

Chad (service manager at Marvin Rd location) called (8/v/21) later that twenty-four hours and asked if he could come wait at the car with Rob (area manager). Republic of chad did most of the talking. He was very nice and understanding of our situation. My wife expressed concerns of future damages and wanted the consequence with the cheque engine lite to exist stock-still. They said they'd pay or repair whatever amercement associated with the oil modify. Republic of chad told my wife to stop past his shop so that he could set the check engine light sensor which we found out subsequently was a Camshaft error.

The next day (eight/6/21) the cheque engine light came dorsum ON and so we took it to O'Reilly and sure enough information technology was the same error as before Camshaft error. My married woman called Chad and he said to bring the vehicle back in. We were away at the time and then my wife brought the car back in on (eight/12/21). Chad was able to gear up the bank check engine light.

(8/17/21) The check engine light comes back ON. At this betoken my married woman was upset and again she had to phone call Chad. My married woman took it to O'Reilly again and got the same Camshaft fault. This time she asked Chad if we could take it to a mechanic. He agreed and said "I got yous. Don't worry we will have intendance of you lot. Just give me a phone call when it's time to pay." So my wife took the car to Hawks Prairie Auto on (8/23/21) and left it overnight. The adjacent day (8/24/21) they called us back and said the cheque engine lite is from the Camshaft but they don't have the right tools to prepare information technology. So she concluded upwardly taking it to Toyota of Olympia.

Too on (viii/24/21) I called valvoline customer intendance to written report the issue. They said they were tracking the state of affairs and a director would call me back in 24hrs. No 1 always called me back. On (8/25/21) my wife took the vehicle to Toyota of Olympia where they did an in depth examination of the engine and on (8/27/21) she finally got her car back. Luckily, Toyota found no damage to the engine and they were able to ready the check engine light. It ended upward costing her $1,027.99 for the inspection and when it came time to pay she chosen Chad. Chad refused to pay the bill considering there were no repairs and no proof that the bank check engine light came on from the oil alter so she was stuck with the bill. On (8/thirty/21) my wife chosen Rob (the area manager) to ask for a resolution. He was very rude and ambitious on the phone with her. My wife asked multiple times if he could give her the proper noun and number of the owner but he kept on telling her no.

I've never written a review in my life simply this really pissed me off. I hope the owner reads this and tries to accomplish out. I would love to talk to him almost this shit evidence and I would beloved to talk to him about Rob and how he disrespected my married woman on the phone. I would love to talk about how we were without a auto for iv days. I would love to talk about how we went to Valvoline four times, 1 time to Hawks Prairie Auto, and one fourth dimension to Toyota of Olympia. I would love to talk almost afterwards all this we can't even go refunded for the Oil Change. I would similar him to know that the policy to NOT requite out names and numbers of managers and the owner is a stupid policy. Lastly, I desire him to know that this will exist posted online for all to see and this will be printed off and mailed to his locations and to Valvoline Headquarters.
